With the rapid development of science and technology, the increasingly high demand for power utilization, power monitoring system helps user to understand the operation and power usage of electrical equipment. Power monitoring system helps user to troubleshoot timely and accurately.Therefore, power monitoring system is very necessary in the mining industry.Through investigation and research on the plant, the thesis analyses and compares the basic performance of the monitoring configuration software. The thesis designs a power monitoring system based on the configuration software.The system uses three-tier structure which is system management, network communications layer and scene equipment level. Three layers carry out their duties and cooperate with each other to achieve fast and efficient work efficiency. According to the demand, the system determines to use ForceControl V7.0 which is a configuration software. And it determines the selections of hardware devices.Thesis presents to control sewage treatment rate by adjusting regulation pool. It forecasts the sewage into the water based on grew system theory. Responsing TOU,through “load shifiting”, it presents pre-arrangement to reduce the cost of electricity.Monitoring system uses Modbus fieldbus, enabling a connection to the remote device. According to the needs of the actual situation, it achieves remote monitoring on the smart meter and circuit breaker. The system realises data acquisition, display,processing, storage, historical inquiry, remote control, etc. It provides data, fault information, operation records and other data. On this basis, the system supports load monitoring and power management features that enable users to receive timely and accurate alarm and warning information. And through the implementation of energy-saving programs, it saves energy cost.After completing the design, system testing and comissioning, it has entered the commissioning phase. |
