Spraying operation has a very important role in the production of doors and other furniture.Most of these domestic furniture companies still use manual ways of spraying,which are poorly equipped,the operation is not standardized,and lack of standard production process,independent innovation and intellectual property.The process of painting often requires the highest technical requirements step however.Its processing quality directly affects the quality of the doors,so finishing materials and processing equipment are important.The spraying process,especially hand spraying process is often in the worst environmental,with the increasing attention on environmental protection and labor protection,production safety becomes the consensus of the community,to further improve product quality and production efficiency as well.Optimization of plant design and operation of the nozzle,will significantly reduce the number of workers,the amount of paint or lacquer,improving the quality of the surface finish stability and production efficiency.At the same time,due to indoor spraying without operator,it can also avoid the traditional spraying security risks and uncontrollable things.Therefore,this study makes the production process more safe,environmentally friendly,convenient and efficient,providing key technology to wooden furniture paint,especially door production,as well as to accelerate the process of modernization of wooden door industry and regional economic development services.Wood products,such as raw wood,laminated plywood,fir timber and medium density fiberboard are common in our daily life.They are widely used in wood-door production and processing of other wood products,etc.These woods,with different kinds of forming methods,different structures and surface characteristics,will affect the quality of the film after spraying.In this study,with the design of the nozzle and make a spray test of the two types of woods,the common fir timber and MDF,in order to obtain the best way of spraying,to provide data for future research of intelligent spraying equipment,to contribute to the spray production of machine,which has harmlessness significance.The main works of this study are as follows:First,make a retrieval and analysis of the research status at home and abroad,including automatic spraying equipment,spraying robots,electrostatic spraying and spraying after-treatment devices.In the field of wood material spraying,exclusive equipment for spraying is not too much,mainly domestic research is the numerical aspectsSecond,according to the requirements of the provincial cooperation project(2014SY02)and current research status,make the research objective,main contents,design tasks and requirementsThird,design a set of automatic spray test equipment,including automatic sprinklers running gear,specimen quantitative feeding device,and spraying liquid supply system.The test shows that: the device has good flexibility,can be serially or in parallel with other devices and it has characteristics,like simple structure,easy operation and low manufacturing cost.Forth,with the spraying test of fir Glulam spraying by using automatic spraying equipment and polyurethane(PU)Wood,making the 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal experiment,in the test range,fir Glulam performs better when the spraying distance is 250 mm,head angle is 30o,speed is 55mm/s and atomizing air pressure is 0.28 MPa.Fifth,with the spraying test of MDF spraying by using automatic spraying equipment and polyurethane(PU)Wood,making the 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal experiment,in the test range,medium density fiberboard plays better when the spraying distance is 250 mm,head angle is 30o,speed is 55mm/s.
