With the development of the society,the demand of chemicals is increasing day by day,and the damage of the explosion of the chemical is also growing.Heat accumulation effect is likely to occur in the process of production,transportation,storage and consumption,which is the primary factor that causes the public explosion.How to simulate chemicals environment of the production,transportation and storage is based on the laboratory thermal effect test of small amounts of sample,and the record of chemicals temperature,pressure changes with time data,is the effective means to prevent such incidents of public safety.At the same time,as the test time of the adiabatic calorimeter is long and the cost of it is high,there come to a rapid screening calorimeter to achieve rapid testing and evaluation of material thermal hazard.At present,the rapid screening of material thermal hazard is mainly dependent on import,no independent production capacity.Therefore,it is very significant to develop a fast,safe and efficient calorimeter.This thesis is to develop a high performance,fast and efficient thermal instrument.And it is focused on the design of dual channel heat structure,high precision temperature measurement,high precision pressure measurement and high precision temperature control.Specific research work is as follows:First,dual channel design of furnace structure is proposed based on in a lot of research related fast thermal instruments and testing methods,in order to further improve the heat measuring precision and efficiency.And the analysis of the key impact factors of heater power and arrangement of the material thermal hazard characteristics detection is based on the design of the structure.A copper dual channel measurement room is proposed.The structure and material of the ball were reasonable design in order to improve the efficiency of measurement,realizing high accuracy of experimental data in the process of rapid measurement.Secondly,the dual channel temperature control algorithm based on the fuzzy PID is designed in order to ensure the accuracy of the dual channel measurement,which is based on furnace body cooling and heating characteristics.According to the overall design scheme,the hardware system and software system are designed.At last,the test and analysis of the key function of each part are carried out.And the accuracy of temperature detection,pressure detection accuracy and the final thermal hazard assessment of the key data(initial exothermic temperature,the highest temperature of the reaction temperature / pressure and heat)are analyzed.The experimental results show that the temperature measurement accuracy of the system is less than 0.02?,pressure measurement accuracy is less than 0.02 bar.and the temperature control precision is less than 0.15 ?/min.According to the test data of evaluate the thermal hazard of the material,the instrument has high consistency comparing with the foreign similar product test results,and the conclusion is consistent with the actual situation,meeting the design requirements.
