| As one of an important part of the earth’s ecosystem, the wetland in the aspects such as regulating climate, biological diversity protection area plays a role that not allow to ignore. However, along with the social rapid to speed up the process of industrialization, the ecological environment and economic development of the contradictions of sharp, wetland ecosystem protection have also been more severe challenges. In recent years, recorded the change of the wetland resources in quantity and quality are not optimistic, ecological service function also gradually degraded, since 1990, has lost about 50% of natural wetlands in the world. Reality of the gravity of the situation to remind people to recognize the importance of the wetland resources at the same time, also to the protection of the wetland ecological system put forward higher requirements, therefore, east dongting lake wetland as the main research object, this paper on the present situation and problems of ecosystem protection, on the basis of the preliminary analysis, combined with domestic and foreign relevant protection experience, from the aspects of east lake ecological system of the legal countermeasures of comprehensive protection.East dongting lake wetland as included the international convention on wetlands of the first international important wetland and its ecological system protection is not only its own premise of sustainable development, at the same time to protect the wetland resources of our country as a whole also has the vital significance. In this paper, the author on the basis of extensive investigation, legal status of east lake ecosystem protection in China is analyzed, and on this basis, from legislation, legal regulation and reform of management system of east lake ecological system comprehensive protection of legal countermeasures are studied, in order to promote the process of east dongting lake ecological system comprehensive protection, promote the harmonious development of man and nature. |
