Now through the operation of the protection of Bailang River wetland, the water environment and ecological environment of the basin have improved. And the Bailang River wetland also has become Grade AAAA tourism scenic spot. This essay will use empirical analysis to make a systematically study of the main contents, practical effects and operating features of the protection of Bailang river wetland and put forward some advices about the problems which met in the protection. It will scoop out the experience of the protection of urban wetland through the analysis on the Bailang river wetland. They play an important role in the protection of Bailang River wetland. They include the system of environmental planning, the system of environmental responsibilities, the system of environmental impact assessment, the deadline system for treatment and the system of the preserve.The forth chapter will make a summary of "Bailang River Experience" through studying the practice of the protection of Bailang River wetland systematically.The fifth chapter will talk about the problems in the protection of Bailang River wetland. And then give some advices in the light of concrete condition. It hopes to help correct the problems and improve the protection of Bailang River.
