Blisk is a key component of the high thrust-weight ratio aeroengine,and the material of blisk is titanium alloy material which is typically hardness to be manufactured.The process of plunge milling machining titanium alloy will produce larger cutting force,which affect the cutting heat,cutter wear and surface quality.Therefore,studies on the various rules of the cutting force of plunge milling machining titanium alloy have extremely important meaning.This thesis study on several aspects of titanium alloy materials used for manufacturing blisk.First of all,titanium alloy as workpiece material is used to manufacture blisk,and design the plunge milling cutter.According to characteristics of the titanium alloy material,which is high specific strength,high tensile strength,good performance of corrosion resistance and other difficult manufacture features,the structure of plunge milling cutter was designed,which mainly includes the types,materials and the geometry parameters of cutter.Secondly,the main factors which influence the plunge milling force was analyzed,and the experiment of titanium alloy plunge milling was finished by the orthogonal experiments,and the influence of the cutting speed,each tooth feeding and radial cutting width on the milling force were concluded.According to the principle of metal cutting,a plunge milling titanium milling force model was established.Using a combination of the MATALB software and least squares method,multiple linear regression for milling force experimental data was carried on.The milling force model correction factor was calculated,and ultimately the reliability of model was verified.Then,based on the ANSYS software,the total deformation of different radial rake angle of milling cutter was obtained,and the structure of the milling cutter was optimized.Modal analysis and the temperature field analysis with ANSYS on the plunge milling cutter was conducted,then the natural frequency and the ruledistribution of the temperature field of the milling cutter was obtained.At last,in the case of the same metal removal rate,a certain one in range of milling parameters was chose and plunge milling experiment was conducted,the cutting force was simulated by DEFORM,comparison with the simulation results with of the experimental ones,the reliability of simulation model was verified and the milling parameters was optimized.
