Investigation On Controlled Key Process And Industrial Production Of Safe Nutrition Corn Oil

Corn oil is an edible oil with high quality,which exhibits as such: riched in linoleic acid,VE,lysine and many of the rich high quality proteins and nutrients,such as amino acids.The processing technology of current domestic corn oil has been mature.Safe nutrition of production process technology and final quality standards and indicators for corn oil can be satisfied the standards in China and of abroad.Since at present there is no clear national standard in the process of producing coin oil in China,the companies' products parameters are quite different in many aspects in actual production,such as in the storage of raw materials,the pressing and leaching of corn germ,the oxide rancidity phenomenon during the storage of corn oil,and processing corn oil alkali refining water.This paper discusses the from the raw material quality control of germs to the classification removel of impurity in the processing through to squeeze out the oil and germ cake leaching oil,corn oil and full series of refining process to research and optimize it.For the technology and facilities,factory production,etc.of safety and nutritional corn oil production,do organization research in detail with the appropriate level of production,especially in the process of refining technology application,in order to avoid lossing nutritions and producing harmful factors.At the same time,in order to achieve security objectives,adding suitable amount of antioxidantin in the daily process of oil keeping to slow down the oxidation.In this paper,do the actual production research mainly on raw materials,oxidation control and wastewater treatment,which are focused on by the production of corn oil companies currently.The main contents are as follows:(1)Study on the relationship between the quality control of corn germ as raw materials for corn oil production and corn oil's quality.By classifying impurity processing corn germ different manufacturers,different storage conditions,based on studies of corn germ cf.caking and mildew on the reference to different parameters in softened corn germ and steaming and roasting handle different physical properties performance,determine the best storage conditions and the pretreatment process parameters of corn germ.(2)Study on the relationship between the corn oil's processing parameters in the pressing and leaching section.By studying the oil yielding rate in the pressing and leaching section of corn germ with different physical properties to determine the corn germ cake's best operation process and processing parameters in the pressing and leaching section.(3)Study on edible corn oil's rancidity phenomenon during storage.By accelerated oxidation method to analyze the edible corn oil physical and chemical changes during oxidation.And determine the cause of edible corn oil oxidation during storage and handling factors.(4)Study on edible corn oil's waste-water treatment process in the refining process.Through in-depth enterprise actual production,research and explore both economical and practical waste-water treatment process from a variety of treatment processes.And determine the best waste-water treatment process of edible corn oil from the perspective of enterprise economic production.
