Organotin compounds for its application in industry and agriculture and biological aspects of being,made the study of it one of the most active research fields in the twentieth century,is located in between the organic and inorganic chemistry,is the interdisciplinary.Its research scope,not only contains the synthesis of metal organic compound,also involves the metal organic compounds,the structure and application in different fields of study.The earliest synthesis of metal organic compound,it has a century and a half,it is in preparation in the laboratory by a Danish chemists Zeise trichloroethylene and platinum acid potassium hydrate,K [Pt(C2H4)Cl3].H2 O,also known as tsai salt,it can be seen as the origin of the metallic organic compounds.But its development,but also to the 1950 s,the chemist in an accidental opportunity,preparation of ferrocene,reaction is to use an iron inorganic chemistry with cyclopentadiene happen,after further research,make sure it for sandwich structure,and since then,the development of metal organic chemistry,more and more quickly.It has now become more than common object of study chemistry.In view of this kind of compound structure and the particularity of the function itself and has the broad prospects for development,it will have a greater development in this century.Organotin compounds for a long time since all is people to explore more of a class of compounds.In particular,in recent weeks to years people of this kind of compounds in the part of a study found that the existence and unique properties of biological activity,further stimulated interest in it,it is based on this feature,inspire more people actively carried out to a broader analysis research.Analysis of many detection techniques such as infrared,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and other compounds in a large number of use,provides the nature research,the synthesis and characterization of some important structural information derivatives and multidimensional supramolecular structure of a system research.This paper main work includes:1.The 5-hydroxy-1,3-phthalate and 2 the reaction of hydroxyl and trialkyl tin,got three new organotin compounds,and the determination of the structure of single crystal diffraction.Results show that the 5-hydroxy-1,3-phthalate with trialkyl tin organic reaction,even on the center metal atoms has a great influence on hydrocarbon type,the structure of the product,the product obtained when is alkyl phenyl for a single structure,when is alkyl trimethyl,the products for the nuclear matters tin big ring structure,product center coordination geometry of organic tin atom is five coordination triangle and double cone structure,the axial position of the poles was dominated by ligands on the oxygen atoms,in the flat position is connecting the three methyl tin atom.The reaction with two alkyl tin diformate,dimethyl tin derivatives and contains a coordinated water molecules.Tin derivatives of the structure of the emergence of a nuclear multiple rings,three tin all center of Sn atoms in the molecule with octahedral geometry.2.The experimental process if the improper control of reaction temperature and solvents will appear a lot of unexpected result,they are mostly organic tin hydrolysis to produce.Some crystal structures were tested.Test results show that the tin chloride is unstable,the reaction conditions of 50 degrees Celsius when benzene or fall off and hydrolysis,but a lot of organic tin in water under the action of building many interesting chain or reticular structure,at the same time,the stability of the water molecules in the whole molecule plays a very important role.We found: there are some weak because of non covalent bond interaction.By selecting different corresponding carboxylic acid ligands and organic tin compounds,by self-assembly reaction,the synthesis of a series of organic tin derivatives.Such derivatives show the diversity of complex structure,its four ligand coordination geometry have appeared in the tetrahedron,five coordination triangular bipyramid,six coordination octahedron,etc.And they are many but also has rich change of supramolecular structure: one dimensional linear,2 d mesh,the three dimensional lattice,etc.Studied the synthesis of these compounds as well as the product of molecular and supramolecular structure,which not only allows us to synthesis method and structural chemistry of such compounds have a clearer and more in-depth understanding,and to study its application greatly enlightening and guiding significance.
