This years, with the advancement of technology and science, touch display technology is also in constant development. The demand of consumers is not only the size of the screen, and they also hope that the new generation of touch display products has characteristics of flexible bending, and wearable. As the key layer of all touch display products, transparent conductive films directly affect the performance of terminal product. As is known to all, indium tin oxide (ITO) has been used as transparent conductive material for 60 years. However ITO faces with the problems of lack of indium, processing complex, high energy consumption, saving trouble, especially as an oxide, ITO has big brittleness and poor flexibility. It is hard to meet the needs of the new generation of touch display technology for the flexibility. Silver nanowire has lots of advantages, such as good electrical conductivity, flexibility, highly transparency. And at the same time, abundance of silver reserves relative to the indium on earth, low processing cost, low energy consumption, less pollution also make silver materials more popular. All those characteristics make silver nanowires become the one of the most potential materials to replace ITO. Therefore, this paper concentrates on the preparation of silver nanowire-based transparent flexible and conductive thin films and its application study, whose details are as following:1?The study of silver nanowire conductive ink formulations:This work consists of the mixture of silver nanowires and conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS, which is the core of the system, and PU, DMSO, IPA and other additives. Conductive ink is coated by mayer rod on PET film. The performances of TCF are as follows:surface resistance is from 30?. to 200? with transmittance of 85% to 92%, and haze is less than 2%.2?The application of silver nanowire TCF as a fluid collection in PEDOT highly transparent flexible super-capacitor.First a 10cm*10cm TCF, whose sheet resistance is 50? per square and transmittance is 88%,was fabricated.Then several PEDOT:PSS layers were coated on PET film through layer by layer coating, then films were immersed in formic acid (FA) for several minutes. The final productions show transmittance of 70%-85%. Conductive polymer PEDOT:PSS materials have high transparency and certain storage function, which is one of the best materials for highly transparent super capacitor. But its surface resistance is very high, which influences the carrier transfer. So silver nanowires based TCF as a collection of fluid not only cannot affect the transparency of super capacitor, but also can improve the transmission rate of carrier, which is the perfect solution to this problem.3?Research for the method of silver nanowires alignmentThe aligned silver nanowires film was fabricated by method of gas-liquid-solid three-phase interface. Its principle is as follow:under surface tension and evaporation, silver nanowires were moving to the liquid surface. With the increase of silver nanowires concentration, the interaction between silver nanowires made them form an align nanowires film on the liquid surface. Then through the tape peeling, a nearly single-layer align silver nanowires were obtained.
