This paper mainly studied the formulations, efficacy, production technology and processing equipment of 50% nitenpyram SQ systematically studied the formation mechanism of SG and the impact of different additives, packing system to its hardness, wetting time, penetration time, disintegration time etc., At the same time, also compared the activity and safety with 50% nitenpyram SG and 10% nitenpyram AS processing by different promoters. Furthermore, through detailed feasibility studying on production equipment, ensured the successfully progress of the industrialization of nitenpyram SG. Main tasks are as follows:1?Through systematically screening process of the mainly different additives such as filler, dispersant, wetting agent, penetrant, binder, disintegrate etc., measured and compared appearance, hardness, total dissolution time, wetting time, penetration time, disintegration time, heat storage stability of nitenpyram SG, Then finally selected the 50% nitenpyram SG formula:nitenpyram 50%; dispersant FSJ01 5%; wetting agent RSJ01 3.5%; penetrant STJ02 2.5%; binder PVA 0.8%; disintegrate BBJ01 2%; silica 5%; sodium making up. The 50% nitenpyram SG processed according to the above formula, its performance can reach the required control targets of routine pesticide SG.2?For the 50% nitenpyram SG and 10% nitenpyram AS, conduct the indoor bioassay and field efficacy test, and evaluate the safety. Bioassay and field experiments show that 50% nitenpyram SG has the same control effects on the rice hopper and cabbage aphid with 10% nitenpyram AS.Safety evaluation tests show that 50% nitenpyram SG has higher safety on cabbage than 10% nitenpyram AS.3?Through the, solved the current problems of EW product such as precipitation, stratification, emulsion breaking and so on, realized the scale and stability production of this product.3?Through studying on selection of SG process equipment and process parameters and by using patented equipment, solve the current issues such as longer disintegration time, lower hardness, lower forming rate etc..
