| Although the GDP of the construction industry accounts for about 1/4 of GDP,the safety accident rate in this industry is also the highest.According to the accident cause theory,more than 80% of accidents are caused by human unsafe behaviors,which has led scholars to carry out extensive research on human safety behaviors.Among them,the safety climate has been affected by researchers in recent years extensive attention.Based on the research on safety climate by many scholars at home and abroad,this article divides the safety climate into three dimensions: safety management commitment,safety supervision,and worker support,and introduces the concept of "multi-level safety climate" into it,and regards the safety management commitment as Organization-level factors,which regard safety supervision and co-worker support as work-grouplevel factors,explore the impact of organizational factors on group factors and their impact on two types of worker safety behaviors(safety compliance behavior,safe participation behavior).In addition,in many studies on the impact of the safety climate,the mechanism of the influence of the safety climate on safety behavior has also attracted the attention of scholars.This article combined with the scholars’ discussion on the influence mechanism of the safety climate on safety behavior,the psychological factor of self-efficacy Introduce it to explore its intermediary effect.This article mainly conducts research through empirical research methods,through literature reading and discussion with on-site managers,determines the initial survey scale of safety climate,self-efficacy and safety climate,and conducts a preliminary survey on a construction site in Henan.Project analysis and reliability analysis determine the formal survey scale.In the formal survey,Shandong,Henan,Hubei and other construction sites were selected,and a total of 225 valid questionnaires were collected.The structural equation model was analyzed on the hypothetical model through Mplus software.After undergoing verification factor analysis,structural model analysis,After the analysis of intermediary effects,the following main conclusions were drawn:(1)The safety climate promotes the safety behavior of workers.The safety management commitment has a positive impact on both safety behaviors.Safety supervision has a positive impact on safety compliance behaviors,and worker support has a positive impact on safety participation behaviors.(2)The multi-level model of security climate is supported.The safety management commitments at the macro level of the organization have a positive impact on the safety supervision and worker support at the unit level.(3)The sense of self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of the safety climate on safety behaviors.Among them,the sense of self-efficacy plays a part of the intermediary role in the impact of management commitment on the two safety climates;the part of the intermediary role in the impact of safety supervision on safety compliance behavior;effect.(4)Organizational factors affect individual behavior through group factors and individual psychological factors.Based on the above research results,this article also puts forward some management suggestions for the management of the construction industry.For example,for senior managers,they need to really care about the safety of their employees,and they must be able to choose between duration and safety.In addition,they must also be trained to enhance the self-efficacy of workers and play a role model.For front-line supervisors,it is necessary not only to do their jobs in the management process,but also to have a good relationship with the workers.This study also has some shortcomings,and it is hoped that later research can supplement it in order to contribute to safety management. |
