Now, with the growing demand for the energy storage density of dielectric materials, more and more composite dielectric polymers have been studied. This article we select high mechanical properties and dielectric properties poly(vinylidene fluoride) series polymers as matrix, by adding different particle to prepare the dielectric composites, and the dielectric performance and breakdown performance were studied. The research contents are listed as follows:(1) The polystyrene(PS) added to the P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) to prepare the PS/P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) composite materials. Then using sulfuric acid sulfonation method to sulfonated PS, and filled it to the polymer to fabricate SPS/P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) composite materials. Sulfonated and SPS filler quantity were discussed to the influence of dielectric properties and breakdown properties of the composites. It was found that the addition of SPS not only reduces the dielectric constant of the composite, but also rsduces the breakdown voltage. But compared with the composite before sulfonated, it has improved the dielectric properties of the composite significantly. This showed that the sulfonated polystyrene process increased its compatibility with polymer matrix, but still need to further improved the compatibility.(2) The polymer PBMA was added to the P(VDF-TrFE) to prepared the PBMA/P(VDF-TrFE) organic composite materials. The PBMA filler quantity were discussed to the influence of dielectric and breakdown properties of the composites. The results showed when the addition amount of PBMA was 10%, the dielectric properties of the composite was the best, the energy density reached 6.10 J/cm3, and the dielectric was 13.3 (1KHz), breakdown strength was 321MV/m. This is mainly due to the excellent compatibility between the PBMA with P(VDF-TrFE), in addition the rigidity of PBMA molecule also improved the breakdown performance of the composite material.(3) We prepared the high diameter larger PANI by solution polymerization method, then used the dopamine modified the PANI to prepared the PANI@dopamine/PVDF composites and discussed the dopamine and filler content influence on the dielectric and breakdown properties of the composite. The results showed the modified PANI has greatly inceased the dielectric properties of the composite materials, and with the content increased, the dielectric constant of the composite increased gradually, the conductivity remains at a lower level.
