Investigation Of Chemicals Consumption At Different Pulping Conditions Of P-RC APMP

This paper studied the effects of several important factors of chemicals consumed P-RC APMP pulping process.P-RC APMP is developed a cleaning pulp process by ANDRITZ,which is mild chemical pretreatment and refiner chemical treatment of alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp.Adding sodium hydroxide,hydrogen peroxide,sodium silicate,chelating agent,Magnesium sulfate and other chemical additives in the system.Chemical consumption is an important indicator of the production cost control.Optimization to reduce the use of chemicals,will have positive significance for saving energy and reducing consumption,reduce the production cost.This paper from the quality of raw wood,quality system the use of chemical additives,production technology indicators of adjustment,equipment usage analysis.The quality of raw materials,wood is the most direct factors affecting the chemicals consumption.The impurity content of wood found in experiments,such as the content of bark 1% will reduce whiteness 4%,directly increase the hydrogen peroxide consumption around10 kg /admt(pure).Prolong the storage time of wood chips,also will increase the consumption of chemicals.The chemical products quality also directly affects the production system of chemical consumption.Especially the choice of quality index of sodium silicate and impurity content,size and type selection of DTPA chelate value,will have a direct impact on the consumption of chemical hydrogen peroxide.Process technology indicators changed,will also cause the chemical consumption fluctuations.Such as the reaction temperature and reaction time will be directly related to the hydrogen peroxide decomposition and utilization.The use of the main equipment and wear are the main factors affecting the chemicals consumption.Squeeze a tear effect MSD and screw press pulp washing effect will affect the chemical consumption,The poor effect will be high consumption.
