With the rapid development of China's industry, the application of rubber in various fields is more and more important, the corresponding production of waste rubber is increasing year by year. It is urgent to deal with the waste pollution of rubber, and the method of microbial treatment of rubber is more economical and environmental protection, and has great social and economic benefits.This experiment introducs the concept of desulfurization induced by elemental sulfur, diallyl sulfide and dibenzothiophene and studies effects on the ground tire rubber desulfurization by Sphingomonas.PL1. Three kinds of inducer in different concentration gradient respectively and bacteria co culture, through on the desulfurization film surface of material properties analysis, hydrophilic test, functional groups on the surface of test and surface element content test characterization techniques and to determine the optimal induction agent for dibenzothiophene. The best inducing concentration was 0.5 g·L-1. This condition under GTR desulfurization swelling degree increased 26.24% and sol fraction reduced 14.66%, crosslinking density decreased 34.94%; also through infrared ATR-FTIR spectrum chart sign DBT at optimum concentration induced desulfurization, the film surface has increases significantly the sulfoxide group and C= C double bond peak value decreased; by EDS can spectrum side desulfurization GTR at the surface of the film s content, s content of average decrease of 22.76%. The induction condition has significant effect on GTR desulfurization by Sphingobium. PL1.Secondly, to determine the optimal induction conditions, its application will be extended to other types of rubber, natural rubber (NR) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and tread (GTR) induced by contrast effect. Experimental results show that this induced desulfurization under the condition of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) induced desulfurization effect is the most obvious, because by 1,3 butadiene and styrene polymerization of styrene butadiene rubber and, structure is like natural rubber and mixed refining of tread rubber closely, microbial action is easy, obvious desulfurization effect. It is also indicated that the application of FGD conditions induced. The main performance of the desulfurization effect of styrene butadiene rubber in the induction of desulfurization, the swelling ratio increased by 29.21%, the contact angle decreased by 20.51%, the content of surface element S is reduced by 29.73%.Finally, as the significant effect on induced desulfurization, further explore the mechanism of Sphingobium.PL1 shedding GTR. This experiment detected by desulfurization depth of up to 10 micron by point-line scanning method, greatly promoted the research of desulfurization in depth, and puts forward the misleading effect of randomness to the detection depth of desulfurization for the first time. At the same time, the first by ion exchange chromatography determination of induced desulfurization bacteria solution has obvious sulfate ions generated, and compared to the control group, were GTR desulfurization bacteria solution of sulfate radical content increased 17.68%, and thus for the first time to verify the microbial desulfurization pathway for the 4S pathway.
