Glass mould is an important tool for the glass products, its quality directly affects the service life of it, the appearance and production cost of the glass products. Plasma welding as the key part of glass mold production technology has been widely used in industry. However, the glass mold plasma welding process has developed slowly.The traditional manual simplex plasma welding methods directly results in poor-quality of products, high security risk, low production efficiency, poor working environment, high temperature heat damage,energy waste serious and so on.However it is current widely used in glass mold plasma welding technology.A set of plasma welding production line for multi-variety and small batch of glass mould is designed.The main research of the dissertation can be summarized as follows:Firstly,combined with the characteristics of the glass mold, enterprise production line requirements, conditions and existing national standards, The design goal has been proposed through the analysis of the technical characteristics and functions require plasma welding glass mold production lines.Secondly,the whole mechanical structure of the plasma welding production line of the glass mould is designed to complete the preheating, welding and cutting feed of glass mold.Thirdly,the fluid-structure interaction analysis of the heating furnace is carried out by FLOTRAN module to simulate the whole structure of the heating furnace.And then the thermal-structure coupling analysis of door of heating furnace is carried out to verify the rationality of the improved scheme.Finally,Overall control system is designed based on PLC. It mainly includes hardware design and software design, circuit design refers to the design of the respective control circuit modules; software system design refers to the circuit control module corresponding to the control software design.
