Muffler Welding Production Line MES System Based On SIMATICIT

Secondly, this thesis introduces principle and related technologies of the system design,and come up with the MES design scheme based on SIMATIC IT;Thirdly,realize the functional modules of the system,including the production plan and scheduling management,production process monitoring,material management,production information review,statistical report;Finally,this thesis do simulation test of the system.MES system develops in this thesis can be used to simulate the muffler welding production line,All of the production management system function modules are able to run normally.the workshop managers can real-time understand the information of production line about products、process data、materials、work order、personnel,and manage the technical data、production planning、equipment of the production line; Company managers can real-time view production statistics,which become the basis for future work.The function of the whole system meet the needs in the management of welding production line,and achieve the expected goal.
