Our rubber resources are scarce.The reclaimed rubber,as a principal part of waste rubber recycling, can replace the collagen,and make up for the problem of the serious lack of the rubber resources in our country. But waste rubber regeneration technology's researches and development relatively hysteretic,and the traditional regeneration technology is of high pollution, high energy consumption and the environmental protection monitoring is not up to the standard and regeneration performance is poor, restricting reclaimed rubber industry's development in our country. In order to get rid of these problems,and to achieve the goal of waste rubber regeneration efficiently and environmental-friendly, this text in the further study of the mechanism and characteristics of the existing waste rubber regeneration technology, through consulting a large number of data and a large number of experiments to explore, and put forward combined with ultrasonic shear machine waste rubber renewable technology. Combined with the theory analysis, simulation analysis, experiment exploring, the ultrasonic and mechanical mechanism of regeneration, ultrasonic and mechanical method of recycling experiment platform of the core components, compound the best formula, the best parameters of the regeneration process, produce the later application of reclaimed rubber and a series of question has carried on the detailed analysis and inquiry:1. On the basis of the theoretical basis of waste rubber recycling and regeneration mechanism of existing research, and of further research and analysis of the principle, we studied the mechanical solution of ultrasound and the mechanism of the molecular chain of waste rubber, well explaining the design principle of ultrasonic and mechanical method of regeneration experiment platform. Theoretically proved the feasibility of this experiment machine.2.Using the ultrasound combined with mechanical shear regeneration, we designed and developed the ultrasonic regeneration experiment platform with mechanical method, which is composed of two systems,mechanical shear system and ultrasonic generation system, and we developed for a new type of six arrises shear rotor, waste rubber regeneration and redesigned in ultrasonic system, making the ultrasonic generator and the mechanical shear system of roof bolt perfect combination, and at the same time in the league performance to ensure good mechanical solution, we can make the ultrasonic wave function can be efficient to the mixer chamber, complete mechanical shear and the combination of ultrasonic, achieving the implementation waster rubber powder into reclaimed rubber fast and efficiently.3. Using the finite element analysis software POLYFLOW ultrasound method of regeneration of waste rubber in the mechanical and adhesive material to simulate the flow characteristics in the process of analysis, we gives the pressure field, velocity field, the velocity vector field, shear stress field, viscosity field and mixed index simulation results. The simulation results show that this method of distribution of regeneration process has good dispersion effect, and has good dispersive mixing ability. The regeneration process has strong shear and high dispersive mixing action, from the perspective of theoretical simulation further affirmed the feasibility of this experiment machine.4. By mechanism analyzing through a large number of literature data,and in-depth analysis of the various renewable compound mechanism of action of waste rubber recycling, and with a large number of experiments to explore, we selected the most suitable for ultrasonic and mechanical method of regeneration of compound type and proportion, and through the orthogonal experiment, verified the applicability of the chelating agent.Using my own research and development of renewable chelating agent, I process parameters of ultrasonic and mechanical reclamation experimental research. Through a lot of orthogonal test, and I ultimately determine the optimum parameters of this test method. Conducted by this experiment method is reclaimed rubber with commercially available and factory USES the high quality of reclaimed rubber blending performance contrast experiments and research, we discussed the further use value of this experimental method.5. Preparation of reclaimed rubber by detecting the content of sol and the cross-linking density, using Horik theory formula,using ultrasonic and mechanical method of regenerative to process the break key type test, and to verify the effects of ultrasonic wave matching the mechanical shear, and to explore the ultrasonic action time and the influence of ultrasonic power on the broken key type.In this paper, by theoretical analysis and experimental research, for the regeneration of the waste rubber is pointed out that the new research direction, in order to realize waste rubber high efficiency, low cost, low pollution regeneration provides possibility, for the equipment development of reclaimed rubber industry in China, played a significant role in technology updates, for to apply ultrasonic technology in the industrial application has important guiding significance.
