Drilling is the main method of petroleum exploration and development.Drilling derrick belongs to one kind of large load-bearing structure.It is an important part of production equipment in petroleum industry. Real-time derrick lifting and laying down real-time monitoring system is an important tool for collecting,processing,displaying,monitoring,storing,printing and keeping abreast of derrick lifting and laying down situation.With the rapid development of drilling industry,it is more difficult for real-time derrick lifting and laying do wn monitoring system to meet demands of derrick lifting and laying down operation in integration,reliability,data acquisition precision and human machine interface,which is a limit to improve drilling technology.From the characteristic of real-time derrick lifting and laying down monitoring system,focusing on pratical requirement of real-time derrick lifting and laying do wn monitoring system,this paper studies real-time derrick lifting and laying down monitoring system and its key implementation technologies more thorough,and develops real-time derrick lifting and laying do wn monitoring system.First,based on current situation and development trend of domestic and international similar systems,aiming at practical requirement of derrick lifting and laying down real-time monitoring system,this paper proposes overall scheme of derrick lifting and laying do wn real-time monitoring system. Derrick lifting and laying down real-time monitoring system consists of foreground system,remote data receiving system,background system,etc.Foreground system is responsible for data collecting,processing,displaying and remote transmission on the spot.Background system is responsible for data monitoring and analysis in the rear.Then this paper studies key technologies involved in system development.(1)Based on the characteristics of large amount of derrick lifiting and laying do wn monit oring data and real-time demand of data processing,this paper proposes a pipeline pattern based collection and processing scheme of derrick lifting and laying down real-time monitoring data.Based on sensor data format,the scheme adopts RS485 serial port to transfer data with mutil-thread technology.Data is transferred to foreground system by message mechanism.A data processing thread is created to process data.Foreground system deals with data displaying,storing and remote transmission.All function modules get together to realize asynchronous pipeline mode,which improves timeliness and realibility of system greatly.(2)Based on communicaiton technology and computer network technology,this paper proposes a producer-consumer pattern based remote transmission scheme of derrick lifting and laying do wn real-time monitoring data.This scheme adopts self-defined user layer protocol.Data is transferred via GPRS network.Remote data receiving system adopts producer-consumer pattern to receive and process remote data,which increases efficiency of remote data transmission.Finally, derrick lifting and laying do wn real-time monitoring system is developed based on the studies on the key technologies.The system is fully functional,stable and reliable.The system has been applied in multiple rig fields,and has achieved good effects.
