Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the common coal mine disaster, in certain circumstances, once a region of coal oxidation heat can not be released by leakage convective heat transfer and surface thermal effect generated away, temperatures will continue to rise resulting in fire, or even cause an explosion.Spontaneous combustion of coal is due to a variety of active coal surface structure with oxygen physical adsorption, chemical adsorption and chemical reaction, when the heat released is greater than the heat, the temperature rise caused by coal.Coal into contact with oxygen from the beginning to the various stages of the chemical reaction is accompanied by the reaction gaseous products increase, reduce oxygen content, and there is exothermic and endothermic effect occurs.Resulting in the generation of heat within the voids within the coal and gas and coal body internally generated change the temperature, resulting in the accumulation of heat convection, heat conduction and heat.Coal internal gas composition, can change content and transport within the change process gas, gas migration processes of change in the air flow, causing the oxygen content changes, and further affect the heat conduction, convection, heat accumulation, coal oxygen and a series of complex processes.Loose Coal different physical properties due to a variety of factors hole wall convection and radiation, porosity, void distribution and shape, pore size, gas conduction voids within the coal and so on.In response to this situation, this paper, experimental adiabatic oxidation unit, spontaneous combustion laboratory furnace and thermal analyzers and other technologies to explore a variety of factors that affect the process of spontaneous combustion of coal, provide a theoretical support for the development of fire prevention and control work.(1)Experimental study of high temperature region and the whole process of spatial and temporal variation of gas index.Use of coal spontaneous combustion experiment simulated coal furnace from room temperature to the ignition point of spontaneous combustion, comprehensive and detailed analysis of coal spontaneous combustion coal temperature and high-temperature moving mechanism point of each stage, and describes the changes of time and space index gas.(2)Experimental study of the influence of spontaneous combustion of coal ash.
