Haliotis discus hannai is a seafood single shell shellfish,it is fond of people in coastal cities.Haliotis discus hannai at present mainly selling fresh products, deep processing of products with dry as the main form, others processed into frozen products. In this paper, the wrinkles dish Haliotis discus hannai for predicting water cut in oil, frozen, avoiding the complex water quality change during the process of moisture distribution and migration of the three parts are studied, the main research contents and results are as follows:1. LF-NMR for the forecast of Haliotis discus hannai fat and moisture contentResults showed Haliotis discus hannai contains three different components of water. Moisture and fat PCR model validation root mean square error(RMSECV) were 0.716 5 g and 0.716 5 g, PLSR model the interaction of the validation of root mean square error is 0.410 5 g and 0.016 3 g, respectively. Usually, a prediction model with better effect should have high correlation coefficient R2 and lower root mean square error2. Dry Haliotis discus hannai water moisture distribution and migration in the process of researchResults showed that with the extension of time, water dry Haliotis discus hannai weight increased, by low field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) transverse relaxation map T2 can see clear in 0h- 28 h recovery period Haliotis discus hannai water body free water content, this result in nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) T1 and T2 weighted imaging is also validated by clear on the picture.
