In recent years, the screen printing technology obtained the rapid development and screen printing technology not only has been widely used in textile industry, but also has been attracted more and more attention in the electronic industry. At the same time the higher precision of printing is required. In china screen printing technology and printing precision is generally not very highly and the printing machine quality is at a relatively low level. The screen printing technology can be used to manufacture LCD screen, integrated circuit boards and so on, It's lack of mature technology for such those high accuracy requirement of products. Improve the printing precision of the screen printing machine is one of the hot topics in the study of experts and scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, the main factor that affecting the printing accuracy are analyzed, and the corresponding mathematical model is established. With suspended arm Plane screen Printing machine as the study object, analyses its key parts and components, Which can provide theoretical reference to improve the performance of this machine.The main contents and some conclusions are briefed as bellow:(1) The development status of screen printing technology is introduced and the gap between the domestic and external printing equipment is analyzed, then the insufficient of screen printing equipment is pointed out in this paper.(2) Based on the main factors that affect the printing precision, the printing pressure, snap-off heigh, scraping the printing speed, the screen rebound and deformation of the guide rail, the influence of these factors on the printing precision is analyzed then the mathematical relationship is established to provide the exactly means to improving printing precision.(3) On the basis of the theory of material and theoretical mechanics, the influence of the deflection of the scraping printing guide rail on the screen distance is calculated. The maximum deformation is calculated, which meets the requirements of precision screen printing; and the relationship between the deformation and screen distance is set up, then the motion law of scraping movement is analyzed.(4) The wafter stage and printing guide rail are the important parts of the suspended arm plane screen printing machine, for them statics and finite element analysis method are studied. The result show that the strength comply with the design requirements and get the natural frequency and vibration mode. The result show that the first-order natural frequency of guide rail and wafter stage respectively were higher than the external excitation frequency, it will not happen coincidence resonance,which also can provide a basis for further optimization design.
