As an important paper packaging container,corrugated paper box has light weight,compression resistance,puncture resistance,cushioning,shockproof,easy processing and other mechanical properties and good decoration and printing suitability,and has been widely used in the packaging field.In recent years,the continuous development of printing presses has continuously improved the quality and precision.The structural design of the components of corrugated box printing machines has a crucial impact on the quality of printed products.The thesis mainly designs and researches the key components of each part of corrugated box printing machine.Firstly,research and analyze the composition of corrugated carton printing and packaging complete equipment,as well as the working principle of the paper feeding department,printing department,slotting department,die cutting department and glue box department.Secondly,detailed analysis of the working principle of the leading edge paper feeder.Through the analysis of the lifting movement of the paper support mechanism and the paper feeding action of the rubber shaft driven by the paper feed shaft,a three-dimensional solid assembly model of the paper support mechanism was established.Using Ansys Workbench software to carry out the modal analysis of the paper-holding mechanism,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the paper-holding mechanism were obtained.According to the results,the paper-holding mechanism of the leading edge paper feeding device was optimized.Thirdly,study and analyze the structure of the printing cylinder of the corrugated box printing department.The stress on the printing cylinder during the work was analyzed,and the weak links of uneven pressure distribution and stress concentration of the printing cylinder were studied,and then the deflection of the printing cylinder was obtained.Using ansys workbench to perform modal analysis on the printing cylinder,the natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained.Then,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the main factors affecting the deflection of the printing cylinder and optimize the structure size of the printing cylinder.Fourth,research and design an automatic plate rolling device for corrugated box printing machine,in order to achieve the goals of high working efficiency,high installation accuracy,high efficiency of automatic plate hanging and plate changing,and high printing precision.Finally,on the basis of the existing die-cutting roller,the die-cutting device was fixed by adding a knife mold installation mechanism and a spring-type clamping seat,and an auxiliary die-cutting device for corrugated box printing and slotting die-cutting machine was researched and designed.
