Screen printing is originated in China. Screen printing is called a universal printing and is widely used. Because it not only can be printed on a flat, but also on a curved surface. And it can be printed on a lot og kinds of objects. Screen printing is classified into the manual printing, semi-automatic printing and automatic printing. With the development of science, the fully automated and high-precision screen printing machine have a increasingly high proportion in the screen printing market. Therefore, study a fully automated, high-precision screen printing machine can not only promote the development of the silk screen printing industry of china, but also promote the development of screen printing-related industries. Such as LCD industry and electronic industry.Firstly, this article describes the development process and current situation of screen printing and screen printer. And this article discusses the importance of the development of a high precision, automatic screen printing machine.Secondly, this article designs the silk screen printing process and printing principle, and describes the main factors that affect the screen printing. This article also introduces the main part of the automatic screen printing machine, and lists specific performance parameters of the automatic screen printing machine. This article introduces the workflow of this automatic screen printing.Thirdly, this paper designs the framework of the automatic alignment system in screen printing machine. Analysis the rule of the vision system in a automatic screen printing machine and study the coordinate transformation of the internal machine vision system. Design and analysis two motion platforms-XYθ motion platform and UVW motion platform. Then select UVW platform as the equipment platform and make a kinematic analysis for UVW platform. Fourthly, design a key component of screen printing machine:the workbench transmission mechanism. And this transmission mechanism has been verified that is safe and feasible.Lastly, in this paper, a structural design and calculation is made in the automatic screen printing machine. Analyze a variable stroke of scraper and choose a blade lift cylinder. Make a ANSYS static analysis and a modal analysis to a key component of the screen printing machine. It is verified that the part meets the design requirements. But the girder part is unstable, so steady the connection of the girder part and adjacent parts.
