PUE is a kind of polymer material which is widely used in various fields, and its resistance to chemical medium has become the focus of the researchers. This comprehensive performance of PUE were studied, with the hydroxyl silicone oil, nano silica modified by KH550, modified OMMT,the polyurethane elastomer was changed to improve the mechanical properties, heat resistance, dynamic mechanical properties, chemical resistance and other properties of PUE.?1? PUE was modified by hydroxyl silicone oil to be improved the mechanical properties of PUE and when the hydroxyl silicone oil content was 3%, the tensile strength and elongation at break could reach the optimum value, to be improved the PUE heat-resistant and damping properties, to be improved the chemical medium resistance.?2? SiO2 nanoparticles with silane coupling agent KH550 on graft modification to improve the SiO2 nanoparticles in organic phase dispersion; then by in situ polymerization graft modification of nano silica and modified nano SiO 2 was filled into polyurethane elastomer, the experimental results showed that both nano SiO2 modified or not, could improve the polyurethane elastemer heat resistance and damping, and the modification of nano SiO2 filler content was 4%, the damping of the best composite by cyclohexanone immersion in the modified nano SiO 2 filler content was 2%, the mechanical properties to maintain the best; filling modification of NanoSiO2 polyurethane elastomer comprehensive performance was superior to that of the unfilled modified nano-SiO2 polyurethane elastomer.?3?Respectively, the quaternary ammonium montmorillonite and Na montmorillonite were filled to polyurethane elastomer, two kinds of montmorillonite could improve the polyurethane elastic body heat resistance, dynamic mechanical properties, but quaternary ammonium montmorillonite is more conducive to improve the polyurethane elastic body heat resistance, two montmorillonite filling amount was 6%, which had the best damping. The cyclohexanone solvent immersion, quaternary ammonium modified montmorillonite dosage is 6%, polyurethane elastomer mechanical properties to maintain the best hardness decreased substantially minimum; sodium montmorillonite clay in addition is 2%, to achieve the best solvent, quaternary ammonium montmorillonite dispersion is better than that of Na montmorillonite.
