Chemiluminescence is phenomenon which uses the emission of light from some speial chemical reaction to excit the ground state of fluorescent agent to the excited state. In all kinds of chemiluminescence, peroxide oxalate ester chemicaluminescence is a system which consist of peroxide oxalate ester compounds, hydrogen peroxide and fluorescent agent, this system attract much more attention with its high luminous efficiency, strength and long service life.In this paper,14 kinds of peroxide oxalate ester compounds was synthesized, we consider various impact factors in the process of reaction to find a better yield route.The yield of double phenyl oxalate ester that is synthesized by phenol is 82%; the bis (4-chloro phenyl) oxalate ester is based on 4-chlorine phenol to synthesis, and its yield is 78%; the bis (2,4-dichloro phenyl) oxalate ester is synthesized by 2,4-dichlorophenol, and its yield is 72%; the yield of bis (2,4,5-trichloro phenyl) oxalate ester that is synthesized by 2,4,5-trichlorophenol is 72%; the yield of bis (2,4,6-trichloro phenyl) oxalate ester that is synthesized by 2,4,6-trichlorophenol is 77%; bis (6-carbonyl oxygen n-butane phenyl) oxalate ester is synthesized by salicylic acid, and its yield is 67.2%; the 4-chloro salicylic acid as raw material to synthesis bis (4-chloro-6-carbonyl n-butane oxygen phenyl) oxalate ester, and overall yield is 64%; the yield of bis (2,4-dichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen n-butane phenyl) oxalate ester and bis (2,4-dichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen isopentane phenyl) oxalate ester is 60%,59.2%, and they use 2,4-dichloro salicylic acid to synthesis; the yield of bis (2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen n-butane phenyl) oxalate ester, bis (2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen n-pentane phenyl) oxalate ester, bis (2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen isopentane phenyl) oxalate ester, bis (2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen methyl ether phenyl) oxalate ester, bis (2,4,5-trichloro-6-carbonyl oxygen diethyl ether phenyl) oxalic acid ester is 68%, 57.7%,68.5%,51%,68.5%, and they all use 2,4,5-trichloro salicylic acid as raw material to synthesis. All target products is through'H-NMR confirmed. The crystal structure of some target products is got from single crystal cultivation and confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.This paper also used luminous life and luminous intensity to compare the luminous performance of 14 kinds of peroxide oxalate ester compounds. We found that the double phenyl oxalic acid ester and bis (6-carbonyl oxygen n-butane phenyl) oxalate ester is not luminous, the luminous-emitting time of oxalate ester that contain ester base is longer than no ester base oxalate ester; at the same time, the more number of chlorine atoms on the benzene ring, the stronger luminous intensity of the corresponding oxalic acid ester.
