Giardia and Cryptosporidium are considered to the main waterborne protozoan parasites that cause human diarrhea in the word existing in drinking water and food. The water-borne diseases caused by drinking water has a bigger safe hidden trouble for human healthy, and causes large-scale outbreak easily, and puts a direct threat to human healthy, which would cause huge economic losses and the panic about the safety of drinking water.With the rapid development of science and technology, there are many methods to enrich the microorganisms in water, such as membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, freezing and thawing, which have some disadvantages that are difficult to overcome: membrane filtration method is hard to achieve a continuous separation process; the reverse osmosis method is difficult for large-scale water treatment sites; freezing and thawing method is too expensive to generalize. Given the above methods and the practical requirements, a centrifugal enrichment is put forward in this paper, which can realize continuous enrichment microorganisms in the water, and is used in large-scale water disposal sites.All in all, this paper focus on mechanical method for small volume, in the water content of less microbial enrichment. The key technology is that make the enrichment for microorganisms continuous and simulate the flow field in centrifuge by calculating fluid dynamics. This paper has done the following work: first of all, summarized the domestic and international enrichment methods; Secondly, the enrichment method of centrifugal separation was selected; Thirdly, the working principle and main components of the centrifugal enrichment method were introduced and a large number of main components of the centrifugal enrichment method were calculated. According to the calculation model, the centrifugal enrichment method of import, export, transmission and other devices are designed; Finally, the application of computational fluid dynamics to simulate the flow field within the movement to optimize the design of the disc, the rotating speed, centrifugal separation and enrichment method able to work continuously.
