| In this paper,In this paper, The raw material of Potassium Bromide(KBr) were tested by XRD, TG-DTA, FI-IR and other methods. By analyzing the test results, The suitable raw material was determined. The blocks made by KBr raw material were sintering at high temperature and KBr polycrystalline was obtained. The test and performance characterization of KBr polycrystalline had been done. Through theoretical analysis and many experiments, growth parameters was assured, pulling rate is 1 ~ 4mm/h and rotation rate is 5 ~ 20 rpm. Czochralski method(CZ) was adopted to grow KBr crystal, and the transmittance rate and optical properties of grown crystal were tested by XRD, FI-IR and refractive index methods. By analyzing the results, defects and optical properties were compared. |
