The Dynamic Characteristic Analysis Of The Gum Cutting Machine

During the production of the gumbase, the cutting step is always a key progress during the production concerned with the quality and quantity of the gumbase. People normally use the hydraulic system as the power supply during the normal cutting process. It is always found leakage after long times running of the machine. It is also not convenient for the people to control the position of the cutting place with the hydraulic system so that result in difficulty for our production people to control the quality and quantity of our production in gumbase.This study introduced the domestic and abroad of the cutting machine and studied the strength dynamic, work state as well.The study used Pro/E to creat the 3D models of the cutting machines. Improving the models on the basement of the tranditional cutting machine. Ansys was used in the study to analyze the strength and dyamic on the machine to find out the weak points of the machine under the different response to different external frequency equipment, to strengthen and improve the design of the machine.Through the performance of new equipment in the production condition to compare the tranditional cutting machine's performance in the same condition to test the machine.
