ERPs Research On The Influence Of Risk Preference On The Miners' Unsafe Behavior

In the process of coal mining, unsafe incidents are closely connected to the unsafe behaviours of the coal miners, while, the risk appetite of the individual's inherent characteristics will impact on human behavior.Therefore, this paper aims to study the influence of risk appetite miners on the unsafe behavior of the minners and reduce the probability of occurrence of unsafe behavior through the intervention and regulation of the risk appetite, so as to promote safe and healthy development of coal mining enterprises.First, on the basis of the analysis and summary of findings on domestic and foreign scholars, the paper summarizes the current research on risk appetite and event-related potentials and clarifies the concept and the mechanism of the formation of minners' unsafe behavior; meanwhile, on the basis of the previous studies, the paper choses the EEG component indexes and indicators of unsafe behavior experiments of this study, laying theoretical basis for the experiments. Second, the paper builds relevant experimental system of the affection and intervention that risk appetite laied on unsafe behavior, designs the experiments to measure the relationship between the risk appetite and unsafe behavior, so as to the intervention experiments of risk appetite of the miners. Then the paper illustrates the detailed experimental procedures and choses the reasonable experimental subjects. In the experiments process, the relevant indicators and the EEG are recorded simultaneously, the collected data is analyzed and discussed. Third, the experiments is conducted and the collected indicators and EEG is detailedly analysed to test the previously assumed hypotheses.The results show that: the ratio of high-risk preferences of individuals' chosing the selection of adventure options is significantly higher than lower risk individuals, the the tested person in higher risk group use less time than the low risk group. After the intervention trial,the subjects has declined the option to select the ratio of adventure and using less time to react compared with the experimental one. P300 amplitude of high individual risk preferences is bigger than low risk individuals', FRN amplitude of high individual risk preferences issmaller than low risk individuals'. The subjects are started the pursuit of safe behavior by unconscious goal way. You can adjust the level of risk preference test, making the high-risk individuals in decision-making preferences induced P300 amplitude decreased compared with the experimental one, and FRN amplitude is increased compared with experimental one.While, for the low risk appetite individuals, the effect is not that obvious. The affection of the risk appetite on miners' unsafe behavior is significant, the unsafe behavior of individuals intent of high risk appetite is than aversion genotype, suggesting that high-risk individuals are more likely to act the unsafe behavior.Starting the unconscious goal can effectively regulate the subjects' risk appetite level to make the unsafe behavior intention of the high risk preference individuals, reducing the probability of the occurrence of unsafe behavior. Finally the paper builds the prevention and control corrective measures of the miners' unsafe behavior,creating a safe atmosphere and a safety culture".The paper builds the EEG experimental system to measuer the influence of risk appetite on the miners' unsafe behavior and affecting the miners' behavior through the intervention on miners risk appetite, exploring the influence of risk appetite on the miners' unsafe acts and extending the neurology research on the influence of risk appetite on the miners' unsafe behavior, intervening the experimental results through the risk appetite. Thus, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions to intervene the risk appetite, controling the unsafe behavior from the source,reducing the coal mine accidents.
