The thesis constructs a relationship model of " work stress-unsafe behavior " by using the six levels of coal miners’work stress as exogenous variables, coal miners’ unsafe psychology as mediating variables, the miners’unsafe behavior as endogenous variables, and it does empirical study by using structural equation model. The thesis mainly includes the elements and dimension division of coal miners’work stress and the construction of "work stress-unsafe behavior" conceptual model, and the influencing path of work stress to unsafe behavior and unsafe psychology is analyzed. First, with the help of interview, research questionnaire design and survey, data of sample coal enterprises were collected, and the validity of the questionnaire was tested using method of exploratory factor analysis. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to carry out an empirical study of these factors. Then, model fitting, evaluation, modification and interpretation was carried out using AMOS20.0software. At last, the relationship model of" work stress-unsafe behavior " was identified. Results showed that:The five dimensions of coal miners’work stress:job characteristics factor, safety climate factor, organizational system factor, individual factor and social life factor had significant positive effect on coal miners’unsafe psychology. Coal miners’unsafe psychology had significant positive effect on their unsafe behavior. Job characteristics factor, safety climate factor, organizational system factor, individual factor and social life factor had significant positive effect on psychology paralysis; job characteristics factor, safety climate factor, organizational system factor, individual factor and social life factor had significant positive effect on antagonistic psychology. There was no significant relationship between work environment factor and unsafe psychology; coal miners’unsafe behavior was not significantly related to work environment factor. Dimensions of coal miners’job stress had indirect influence on unsafe behavior through unsafe psychology mediator.Based on empirical study, the direct and indirect influencing factors of coal miners’ unsafe behavior was obtained, and the key position of unsafe psychology in unsafe behavior intervention and controlling was confirmed. Results provide basis for improving coal miners’psychology stress and controlling unsafe behavior, and is of vital practical significance.
