The occurrence of coal mine accidents is closely related to the unsafe behavior of miners. In the existing research literature, there have been many studies on the influencing factors of unsafe behavior. However, from the point of view of matching degree of people and posts, there is little research on the impact on unsafe behavior.Coal miners are the implementers and operators of coal mine production. If a person is placed in an inappropriate position,it is not only a waste of human resources, but also possibly because of the work of inadaptability and disapproval to a great extent will bring a certain degree of influence to the follow-up work, and then induce unsafe behavior.Only by improving the level of matching degree, can we make the best use of people. These measures can find a theoretical basis for improving the level of safety management. The main frame of this study is the influence of the matching degree of human post on the unsafe behavior of miners. The paper collects the actual situation of China's coal industry through literature collation. In this paper, the matching degree is divided into four dimensions:ability matching, working condition matching, job reward matching and interpersonal relationship matching.Taking job satisfaction and self-efficacy as intermediary variables, this paper constructs a research model of the influence of human post matching degree on miners'unsafe behavior, and puts forward the corresponding assumptions. This paper assumes that the four dimensions of job matching degree have a negative effect on the unsafe bchavior of miners and that job satisfaction and self-efficacy play an intermediary role in the job matching degree and unsafe behavior.Through the structural equation model to verify the analysis. On the basis of the conceptual model, the initial questionnaire items were determined, and 158 valid questionnaires were collected through the initial questionnaire issuance. This paper eliminated unreasonable items through reliability and validity analysis, and then formed a formal questionnaire, which included 27 questions. In the formal investigation, the reliability and validity of the formal questionnaire items are further tested, and then the model of the matching degree of human post and the unsafe behavior of miners is tested by AMOS20.0.The results show that the matching degree of human post and the unsafe behavior of miners fit well. The results showed that the ability matching, working condition matching, job reward matching and interpersonal relationship of the matching degree had negative influence on the unsafe behavior of miners.Working condition matching and working environment matching did not reach the statistically significant level.Job satisfaction and self-efficacy play an intermediary role between job matching and unsafe behavior of miners. Finally, the paper puts forward the management suggestions to improve the matching degree of the coal miners in coal mining enterprises, including following up the probation period of new employees, strengthening informal communication, organizing training regularly and so on.For the future safety management work to provide a reference.
