Especially in recent years, compared with the synthetic fiber people become much more favor of natural fiber because of its better environmental friendliness. Especially in some developed countries, consumers are more willing to buy the pure natural, easy degradation and environmental friendly fabrics, to protect the environment of the common life, this makes it have substantial commercial value, and will also have been paid much attention by all. In the process of all the pretreatment of hemp, degumming process is one of the important link, our country is still mainly adopts the traditional chemical method at present, there are a lot of drawbacks: the removal of impurity is not ideal, longer process, higher energy consumption, harder fiber damage, etc. In the face of these problems, in order to explore more excellent linen pretreatment process, this paper has carried out the following research work, hope we can provide theoretical reference for the development and application of flax fiber, the main work are as follows: Acid pectinase, xylanase, laccase and mediator N-hydroxy-N-phenyl propanamide were mixed in the pretreatment of linen roving under the ultrasonic, and comparing with the traditional chemical method, by comparing the two kinds of fiber surface and microstructure after degumming, we summarize the strength and weakness, and put forward the corresponding improvement method.Through single factor experiments and orthogonal test to determine the optimum technological conditions for enzyme degumming: Acid pectinase 5.0%(owf), xylanase 6.0%(owf), laccase 7.0%(owf) and mediator N-hydroxy-N-phenyl propanamide 1.5%(owf), the time is 40 min, the temperature is 40℃, pH is 5.5. The fracture strength, whiteness, separation index of flax was made comparisons between the enzyme degumming and the traditional chemical method. By comparing flax fiber after different process of degumming, the results show that: Under the action of ultrasonic, enzyme degumming process can better remove the pectic, hemicellulose, and lignin from the surface and interior of flax fiber; The traditional alkali treatment process of degumming effect obviously, but the damage of the fiber is large; This degumming method is superior to the traditional process: React more soft, the fiber damage degree is small, remove impurity high efficiency, and greatly reduces the use of chemical reagents such as sodium hydroxide, In line with the requirements of the current green textile. |
