Flax is a rare natural fiber with fair physicomechanical property, and mechanical wearing characteristic properties and sanitary health property, which can stand out in the natural wind in twentieth Century and it suffers the favor of consumers. But flax fiber has higher crystallinity and orientation, and natural dye is difficult to penetrate and diffuse into linen fabric and the most of natural dye is acidic, which leads to its poor dyeability and the problem that it’s difficult to get deep color, while improving its dyeing properties is very important. In recent years, enzymatic pretreatment process and plasma modification technology is the two kind of surface treatment technology, which is environmentally friendly. This two processes not only can improve the dyeing performance, but also can realizate pure natural, which is the significant way of ecological textiles"and" green textile".This paper studies and compares the enzymatic pretreatment process, plasma modification technology and their synergistic treatment of linen fabric dyeing with natural dyes fabric surface properties and dyeing properties. The process conditions were optimized; the dyeing effect and mechanical properties are compared by the methods of orthogonal experiment and single factor analysis. The enzyme pretreatment technology is conducive to their biodegradability, saving energy with low temperature and soft touchAccording to the structure characteristics of flax fiber and cellulose mechanism, the optimal process of cellulase treatment on linen fabrics was obtained with pH value5.5. It was55℃,90min and2g/L respectively. The optimal process of composite enzyme treatment on linen fabrics was obtained with cellulase3g/L, pectinase4g/L and pH value5.5. It was45℃,90min respectively. This paper compares the dyeing indicators with the enzyme treatment and those of untreated fabrics. The dyeing properties of the treated fabrics were higher than those of untreated fabrics. But the soap fastness of treated fabrics was not good, while the fabric need fixation treatment. And using plasma on the surface modification of linen fabric, which can improve the diffusion rate of the Sapanwood and onionskin on the linen fabrics, increase the dye adsorption and the dye fastness. The results showed that the optimal process of plasma on linen fabrics was obtained with vacuum0.02MPa, power90W, treating time3min. In addition, this paper also explores the dyeing effect with cooperative processing of plasma and cellulase on the linen fabric. The results show that the dyeing properties of the treated fabrics with cooperative processing of plasma and cellulase were higher than those of fabrics with alone processing of plasma and cellulase. And the grade of rubbing fastness and soaping fastness was1grade higher than those of untreated fabrics and fabrics with alone processing of plasma and cellulase.
