The article investigation the microstructure of linen fiber process with only sodiumhydroxide, only hydrogen peroxide and one bath method with them in different physicalprocessing stages;I determined the best technology of the process of biological enzyme in alaboratory conditions by experiments:Liquor ratio1:20,penetrant JFC0.5g/l,temperature55℃,time60min,ph6.5,the amount of cellulose5%(owf),the amount of pectinase0.4%(owf).Using the traditional process, caustic scouring and hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, sodium chlorate and hydrogen peroxide bleaching, hydrogen peroxide and sodium chloratebleaching and determined the best technology of the process of biological enzyme to surveysurface and structure of linen fiber, and compared the process with only sodiumhydroxide, only hydrogen peroxide and one bath method with them. The experiment results show that NaOH composition containing process with onlysodium hydroxide, and one bath with sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide it can better toremove the pectin layer, low esterification degree pectic, hemicelluloses xylose together andlignin of fiber surface, take the surface of fiber smooth and clean and formation some degreeof corrosion mark,to reach the purpose of subsequent processing; However, the removal of thetwo processes within the fiber pectin and lignin is not ideal,in order to reach better treatmenteffect needs the assistance of the other process. As a whole, sodium hydroxide and hydrogenperoxide one bath method process to the effect of fiber attachments to remove less than theprocess with only sodium hydroxide, higher than the process with only hydrogen peroxide;theprocess with only hydrogen peroxide can not remove a lot of fiber surface covering withpectin layer, low esterification degree pectic, hemicelluloses xylose together and lignin, butthere is a weak effect. The three processes of the treatment effect of the linen fiber physicalprocessing steps with the increase of the increase.Linen fiber in a variety of processing cellulose structure and crystal structure have littlechanged, there is no obvious alteration and destruction. Still to the cellulose I crystal existence, the fiber crystallinity stepped down gradually with the decreased of the process steps. The experiment results show that biological enayme technology, caustic scouring andhydrogen peroxide bleaching process, the sodium chlorate and hydrogen peroxide bleaching, the hydrogen peroxide and sodium chlorate bleaching, conventional process thesurface of the fiber covering with pectin layer, low esterification degree pectic, hemicellulosesxylose together and lignin better than sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide of a bathmethod technology, the process with only sodium hydroxide and the process with onlyhydrogen peroxide, the biological enzyme process of treatment effect is the best, not only it canremove the surface of the attachment, pectin, lignin, hemicelluloses and other impurities insidethe fiber can be removed to a certain extent, and the fiber surface along with the growthdirection form a large of eroded and crack with the wide of0.3~0.6μm and longitudinal lengthof more than35μm;cracks and the cavity connected to the fiber center, the structure of theexcellent produced the capillary effect make the linen fiber moisture absorption, airpermeability and heat conduction performance admirable, and dyeing and finishing processingcan further strengthen; the treatment effect of the fiber in turn for biological enzymetechnology, conventional technology, caustic scouring and hydrogen peroxide bleachingprocess, the sodium chlorate and hydrogen peroxide bleaching, the hydrogen peroxide andsodium chlorate bleaching.
