A large number of accident analysis showed that 80% of the accidents are caused by human factors, and the risky behavior of workers and accidents are very high related. "Risky behavior" is the act of knowing that there is a price or failure and is still put into practice. Study on the risky behavior, from the perspective of risky behavior has been discussed, the results show that the risky behavior is influenced by many factors. Mainly include: personality, emotion and motivation, cognitive decision courtship and reproduction. In the production of coal mine, the first three factors dominate. The State Council issued "on the coal industry pointed out to resolve the overcapacity turnaround development", since the beginning of 2016 3 to 5 years, the country plans to withdraw from the coal production capacity of 5 tons, 5 tons reduction restructuring, the resettlement of 1 million 300 thousand employees, So the miners work and life has brought a shock, in such a large environment, the miners' mood will be affected by the emotional. Therefore, the research on the influence of the miners' mood on the risk behavior has become a hot research topic, and the research on the risk behavior of miners by neural mechanism has become one of the research topics of safety science. In this paper, through theoretical analysis and simulation tests, the effects of risk-taking behavior in different mood to study the core of miners, the positive and negative video materials were used to stimulate the emotion of the miners, Through the acquisition, processing and analysis of event related potential(ERP) of the participants in the game card test. A deep study on the neural mechanism of the risk behaviors of miners under different emotional conditions was carried out, some results have been obtained. First of all, from the theoretical analysis of the excitation pattern classification and basic theory of emotion, emotional mood, which determine the choice of standard and emotional stimuli. Analysis of event related potentials(ERP), the potential characteristics of typical components and analysis methods, to determine the stimulation pattern and extraction method of ERP. Secondly, in order to studying the neural mechanism of the risk behaviors of miners with different mood, when subjects(miners) in positive or negative emotional stimulation of positive or negative video material output corresponding to the video material, by using the method of game playing cards to simulate the situation of risky behavior. By testing the mood before and after the experiment, and the reaction time and ERP characteristics of the selected d/k key(d represents safety behavior, representing the risky behavior), to EEG test positive and negative emotional conditions of miners' risky behavior. The research shows that miners are more likely to choose risky behavior under negative mood, and no significant difference in reaction time between the choice of risk behavior and safety behavior. Miners are more likely to choose safe behavior in positive mood, the reaction time to choose risky behavior is longer. The miners in positive emotion under the risky behavior of small proportion, while in negative mood a greater proportion of risky behavior. EEG data and brain wave pattern results show that subjects in make choice of whether to risk, brain frontal cortex reaction reaction zone is most obvious, obviously the P300 component, in positive moods, P300 latency than negative emotion short. Finally, this paper, through the study of the miners' physiological and behavioral patterns and psychological behavior patterns, and combined with the experimental results, to build a model of the miners' risk behavior based on emotion. This paper analyzes the influence factors of miners' emotion, and puts forward 3 countermeasures from the short-term intervention, and puts forward 7 countermeasures from the aspect of the short-term intervention.
