The continuous deepening of the concept of "people oriented" has put forward higher requirements for the management of safety production. Human factors are the main causes of the productive accidents. In the process of studying the behavior of individuals, we have found that the individual initiative has great influence on individual behavior. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem that how to effectively drive the individuals of different initiative to behave safely in production. In order to identify the driving factors of the individuals of different initiative, and to make sure the relationship between the driving factors and individuals of different initiative; In accordance with the logic of theoretical research?hypothesis proposed?hypothesis testing and suggestion proposed, the related issues are studied as follows:In the first part, the paper constructs the theoretical framework of the driving factors of different active individual safety production behavior. Firstly, determine the basis of this study, namely defined and classified different active individual, the driving factors of behavior, individual security production and safety production management mode connotation is defined and classified; secondly, analyse the relationship between driving factors of behavior and related theory of safety production management mode analysis of the related theory of the relationship between factors and individual safety producing behavior driven, to determine the theoretical foundation of the research. Finally, make sure the theoretical framework of different active individual safety producing behavior driven factors ,which is constructed by the behavior of the driving factors, individual security production and safety production management modes. In the second part, put forward the theoretical hypothesis of the research about the driving factors which is about safety production behavior of individuals of different initiative. At the beginning, using the method of literature extraction to identify individual safety producing behavior driving factor structure. Then by gathering related researches about safety behavior driving factors of individuals of different initiative, the research screened the driving factors which can lead to different influences, and provides the structure of safety behavior drive factors of individuals of different initiative. At last, by organizing the relevant researches, the research teased out the relationship between drive factors and individuals of different initiative, and proposed theoretical hypotheses of the study according to the corresponding relationship. In the third part, using ERPs technology to verify the hypothesis of the study. At the beginning, from the aspect of validation method's selection criteria and the aspect of comparison with other commonly used test methods, the paper analyzed the event related potential (ERP) technique rationally. Theoretical assumptions has been turned to experimental hypothesis, according to the index of attention allocation; then the research designed and implemented the experimental scheme. At last, gathering? dealing with and analyzing the data, and discussed the experimental results. At last, put forward the change and suggestion of the safety production behavior of the individual driving by the initiative. At the beginning, the research put forward the change in the transformation of the mode of safety management which is from the generalized to the differentiated. Then, on the basis of the theoretical analysis above and ERPs experimental results, the paper proposed the suggestions about driving individual behavior of production safety from the three aspects of staff deployment in difference, safety training in difference and safety encouragement in difference.
