Infant formula contains nutrients, includes fats, proteins, minerals, sugars, and carbohydrates is particularly important. Lactose intolerance is one of the most important nutrients in milk, has the function of promoting the absorption of calcium,in particular by promoting calcium absorption in infants. In addition, the reported GAL has an important role for the development of the human brain, with the body's normal development is of great significance. The national standards, infant formulacan only be added lactose, galactose and glucose polymers, you cannot use fructos e. At present, the determination of sugar mainly by high performance liquid chromat ography, gas chromatography, these methods are more cumbersome and less sensitivi ty and other defects. This article developed an anion exchange chromatography-integrated pulse amper ometry model to test the glucose, fructose, lactose and sucrose of infant formula mi lk powders. Infant formula milk powders were investigated to analyses the portion o f glucose, fructose, lactose and sucrose in a baby power from the popular infant mi lk power brand of Guangzhou market. The results were as follows.(1)The chromatography method was developed for the determination of gluco se, fructose, lactose and sucrose in infant formula powder. After disposing, four sub stances were analyzed by high performance anion exchange column(HPAEC) as spli tter, Na OH as eluent, gradient elution, pulsed amperometric detector(PAD), qualitati ve analysis with retaining time, and quantitative analysis with external reference met hod. Method validation recoveries were 98.4% ~ 102.6%, RSD of precision test result between 0.67%- 1.76%. The detection limits were glucose 0.01 g / 100 g, fructos e 0.02 g / 100 g, lactose 0.04 g / 100 g, sucrose 0.04 g / 100 g. The detection methodis simple sample pre-processing operation, good separation, the retention time is sh ort, the sensitivity is ten times the national standard method can be realized quicklyand efficiently separated while four kinds of targets within 15 minutes, greatly imp roving infant formula milk powder detection efficiency sugars.(2)Using established methods for the province currently marketed 23 brands i n 69 batches of baby formula milk powder products for testing, the results show th at the sampling of infant formula containing glucose, fructose, lactose and sucrose o f Sugar, which the lactose content of the highest infant formula were not detected i n sucrose and fructose and lactose have accounted for more than 90% of the total carbohydrate, indicating that infant formula milk powder products sugar in good con dition overall. The sampling is important to improve the quality of infant formula milk powder and guide consumers to rational consumption.
