As a new energy with its excellent magnetic sintered NdFeB magnet, widely used in wind power,aerospace, medical, industrial and other fields. However, the material is easy corrosion failure brought huge losses to various industries, therefore prepared films on substrate to improve their performance to become important way. Jet electrodeposition with high efficiency, stable and controllable deposition, small grain size, simple operation, low cost advantage, through the reasonable control of the process parameters(current density, scanning speed, PH, flow rate, temperature), with different structure performance of films can be prepared. In this paper, jet electrodeposition device platform combined with 3D printing, experimental study on the material itself and the film performance.The main content of the research are as follows:(1)Designed and set up automatic jet electrodeposition device. Completed the automatic control system, transmission system, flow circulation system, temperature heating system and core parts design, solve low precision of electrodepositon manual, electric plating solution cross contamination problems, control of the injection flow rate and the electrolyte temperature range, stable and controllable, and can automatically preparation thickness and different sedimentary structure films.(2)Sintered NdFe B corrosion mechanism was analyzed. Cannot confirm the films of rust, peeling,fall off phenomenon, is caused by different potential of each phase. Jet electrodeposition experimental on silicon surface is put forward, found differ potential of silicon surface appear different electrochemical corrosion, but the same potential has no corrosion phenomenon, Which phenomenon confirmed that each phase have different potential indeed caused the Nd FeB corrosion failure.(3)The hole sealing technology research of nickel films on sintered NdFeB. Studies show that the nickel films by zinc stearate hole sealing has good smoothness, average particle size and surface roughness value reaches the minimum 12.4nm and 0.241?m, in a larger film adhesion, has the very strong corrosion resistance, can salt fog resistance in standard sodium chloride solution.(4)Experimental study on the sintered NdFeB multilayer nickel. Found the same thickness of multilayer nickel is better than single layer of nickel. And explore the different thickness of the nickel deposit surface morphology, XRD characterization, microhardness, affect the relationship between film adhesion, corrosion resistance, for the whole of nickel films structure has been optimized.
