Composite forming die is an important factor affected the accuracy of composite materials forming components.In order to improve the quality of design for composite materials forming die,combining with the needs of enterprises, this thesis carried out the study for the design of support structure of composite forming die. The main results were as follows:Firstly, materials frequently used on composite molds and the structure types are summarized.And layout of the support structure is analyzed.Through analyzing the heat transfer of mold in solidification process, This thesis uses FLUENT software to calculate and study the effect of main parameters of support structure to the temperature field of the mold. Taking the forming mold with flat form template an as an example, thesis designs a orthogonal test and use variance analysis,getting the result that the support plate spacing of the mold to the windward have the biggest influence on the uniformity of temperature on the surface of template.Secondly, FLUENT software is used to calculate and study the effect of the main parameters of support structure on the temperature field of the mold by analyzing the heat transfer of mold in solidification process. The forming mold with flat form template is taken as the research object.Orthogonal calculation and variance analysis are utilized toUsing Hyper OptiStruct,thesis simulates the deformation of forming dies in the same condition of quiet place, the suspension loop lifting and forklift truck transportation.As the same time,based on the theory of thermal stress, thesis simulate and calculate the deformation under the coupled action of heat stress and structure stress, then completes the rigidity;According to characteristics of mold supporting structure design, combined with the secondary development tools platform of CATIA V5R18,which is called CAA, and Visual Studio 2005 tools,developed the design module of the support structure,thesis implements the parametric design of the support structure. of the composite component forming die.
