Autoclave molding is one of the most important manufacturing processes for composite components. In the actual production, the size of composite components often have a large deviation, which is affected by many factors, such as different die structure leads to different ventilation rates, mismatch of thermal expansion coefficient between die material and the composite material, and the shrinkage deformation induced by internal chemical reaction in the forming process of composite components and so on.At present the dealing curing deformation leads to structural assembly problems, which have been used the method of optimizing the related factors of the autoclave molding process(including: curing temperature, curing time, pressure, etc.)and dressing the modular surface repeatedly, that not only extend manufacturing cycle and increase cost. The paper uses the method of finite element, which under different die structures and materials to study the deformation of composite die, revealing the temperature distribution and deformation law of the composite components and die. This paper focuses on the effecting of die structure and material to the temperature distribution and deformation based on the autoclave molding, and expounds the heat transfer law of composite's autoclave molding and principle of molding process.Using the software CATIA and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the 3D numerical model has been constructed according to the structural characteristics and material properties of thin-walled composite components.Predicting deformation in the autoclave molding process of thin-walled composite components and die, combined with the principle of the finite element analysis of thermal deformation for composite components and die temperature distribution and deformation by ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The finite element deformation prediction analysis of composite die can provide the reference to solve the deformation of the thin-walledcomposite structures in autoclave molding.
