As an new type of coal sampling machine,vehicle coal sampling machine can form a sampling platform in their work, which not only can overcome the influence by geographical constrain to the fixed mechanical sampling device, but also avoid the shortcoming of timeconsuming and deepness for traditional human sampling, that have the advantages of wide-range sampling, high-efficiency sampling and flexible-form sampling, and will become the inevitable trend of the sampling machine in the future.The major function of vehicle coal sampling machine is sampling and sampling preparation, and this paper mainly completes the design and simulation of sample preparation device. Aiming at the problem that inaccurate positioning, instability clamping and barrel damaged in the practical work for sampling preparation, that complete the following work:firstly, referring to the relevant information to understand the working principle and design requirements of the sample preparation device, and combined with the actual working conditions to complete the framework designing of the sampling preparation(which including driving mechanism, turntable mechanism and encapsulation mechanism).Then, establishing the 3D solid model of sampling preparation in UG software, getting the virtual assembly and checking interference, and verifying the correctness of the model. Then, establishing the mechanical vibration model and dynamic differential equation of the workbench system,solving the initial six order natural frequency and modal shape of workbench by ABAQUS software, and optimizing the turntable mechanism to avoid resonance; calculating the transfer function of transmission system, and establishing the simulation diagram of transmission system by MATLAB/Simulink software, getting the response curve of dynamic load in the moment when sampling preparation start and stop, verifying the stability of drive system.Finally, importing the 3D model that established in UG into ADAMS to establish virtual prototype of sampling preparation, finishing the kinematics and dynamics simulation for driving mechanism, turntable mechanism and encapsulation mechanism, getting andanalyzing the motion and force curves for main moving parts, verifying the correctness of structure design and the rationality of force; flexible the key parts of the grabbing cower mechanism in ABAQUS, and then importing into ADAMS to complete rigid-flexible coupling co-simulation, getting the motion trajectory curve of grabbing cower mechanism,verifying the smoothness and stability in the process of catching and capping cover.The design solves the problems that encountered during the process of sample preparation, realizing the smooth, stable and accurate during the process of sample preparation, providing important data support for physical prototype testing, at the same time,the introduction of virtual prototype technology has an important reference value for the design and research of coal mining machinery.
