At present, in many coal production and coal enterprises, coal sampling has beengenerally mechanization. Mechanization sampling can reduce labor intensity, increasetransparency, improve production efficiency of sampling. Vehicle mounted mobile coalsampling machine is a kind of mechanical sampling equipment, it is a kind of specialequipment designed for coal mines, power plants, railways and ports and other largeenterprises coal quality distributed random sampling.This paper aimed at the three dimensional virtual design mobile coal group predevelopment project sampling machine in the sampling mechanical arm and its hydraulicsystem, a3D virtual design, assembly and kinematics analysis was performed using theprofessional software. Firstly, through consulting the relevant information to understand theworking principle, motion trajectory and design requirements, combined with the threelimiting conditions, list the equations about the sampling arm size, using Matlab programmingdesign to obtain the structure size of sampling arm. Then, calculating the sample arm of eachhydraulic cylinder, get the stroke of hydraulic cylinders and related design size, according tothe design requirements of the sampling head to the selection and size calculation, using3Dmodeling software Solidworks to establish sampling parts of device model and get the virtualassembly. In the design of model and data, taking the3D model into the virtual prototypesoftware ADAMS for kinematic analysis, then get the force of the maximum expansiondistance and maximum rotation arm during the sampling process and the telescopic boom aswell as the key point,finish this work can provide data support for the optimization of thesampling arm structure. Finally, analyzeing the hydraulic system sampling device in dynamics,establishing the load of each element sensitive control system model by using AMESim HCDlibrary, then simulating and analyzing the characteristics of load sensitive control of smallarms and sampling the load sensitive valve and pump controlled under the pressure, the flowcurve, provide design parameters for the sampling of hydraulic system device design.
