With the continuous development of computer technology, the function module of the coal mine safety monitoring system is also expanding. In order to strengthen the management of safety production in mining area, the data monitoring and comprehensive analysis of the safety production status, the comprehensive monitoring of the many parameters of coal mine safety production operation is needed. This paper describes the development of small coal mine safety monitoring system, the technical route, the overall, the specific implementation of the monitoring system.In the design and development process of coal mine safety monitoring system, the software architecture and component technology are introduced. The complex function of the system is decomposed by using the method of hierarchy process. Package the system logic function into components, and set up the system.In this paper, we analyze the development background of the safety monitoring system of small coal mines, and analyze the requirement of the UML model in the process of business process analysis. In the demand analysis, the scope of the security monitoring system is defined, and the specific requirements of the users of small coal mine safety monitoring are abstracted, which reflects the state of the technical requirements of the safety monitoring system, The function range of the system is established.Through the analysis of the requirements, the system outline design and detailed design of the main contents of the system are defined. In this paper, the system function model design and the realization of the function of the main system modules are made according to the design objectives and design principles of the system, and the logical function structure of the system is reasonable. In the design of the system, this paper is divided into server, monitoring and data server design,and each module is analyzed in detail.The design and development of the system in accordance with the requirements of software engineering design and development, in accordance with the principles of reliability, economy and security,through the comparison of different design methods, Under the framework.Net 4 platform, using C# development language, with SQL Server Microsoft 2012 as the data service platform,to determine a set of economic and feasible solutions for the implementation of a C/S architecture based on the soft component of coal mine safety on the south side of the system. The system mainly includes seven functional modules, the function of department management, staff information management, data acquisition module, data analysis module. The whole system is simple, friendly interface, flexible use, the utility is higher, and has a certain security.
