| The injection molding is one of the most popular methods in plastic processing. As computer technology and the theory of plastic forming have developed rapidly, the demands on the total property of the injection machine have become higher and higher recently. The new research on injection machine intelligent monitoring and controlling system, which has great functions, simple operation and excellent interface for human and computer at low price, is a promising trend in the following days.In this paper, the background of this project, the technical requirement of injection processing for the intelligent monitoring and controlling system, the latest research and development of domestic and oversea countries on this task are briefly discussed at the very beginning. In terms of the deficiency on traditional injection controlling system, the author brings forward a new intelligent monitoring and controlling system which is based on component technology.As the analysis on the entire controlling system shows, there are component Technology , real-time database and serial communication technology concerned in this paper. (1)The author has divided the integral structure of the monitoring system into several parts. Each part is established by using of component Technology, which would raise up the efficiency and the capacity of expanding;(2)In order to preserve the mass of data for sharing and controlling, real-time database technology is applied appropriately.(3)The entire system is accomplished by means of ADO data visiting technology, Active X controls, CSerialPort class for serialport programming and some other application of visual C++ programming.According to applying these technologies, some functional groupware, such as intelligent meter,state indicator light ,and so on, are adopted to compose the whole monitoring interface. The author has achieved the main function of the monitoring and controlling system for the injection molding machine.
