The research model in this paper is 2D-FGM plate,physical parameters of the plate model is assumed to be constant,which the boundary conditions for the three sides is constant temperature and the upper side is in the second boundary condition.Based on the basic law of heat conduction(Fu Liye's law),the concept of temperature gradient is expounded,and the mathematical model is established with the first law of conservation of energy,establish the mathematical model of an infinitesimal body.And the differential equation of heat conduction for two dimensional flat plate is obtained by studying an element;Finite element method is used to partition the flat plate,and the finite element equation of heat conduction is derived.Comparison of analytical solutions and FORTRAN program finite element solution,verify the correctness of the finite element program.Through the program we can get the temperature field of 2D-FGM model,analysis the influence of different gradient coefficient of material parameters,boundary heat flux density function and the function of the same type on the steady temperature field of the plate structure,we can get the temperature distribution of slab structure under different parameters and different boundary function field.The results can provide a practical and accurate theoretical basis for the optimization design of FGM and the practical application of engineering.It provides an important reference for the further research and development of FGM.The research results show that the thermal conductivity of 2D-FGM rectangular plate structure parameters of two gradient change rate in the same direction,and study the structure of the thermal conductivity was kept constant at 135 degrees to the side direction,isotherm of thermal conductivity.With the increasing of the gradient,the gradient of the thermal conductivity becomes more and more obvious.The change of thermal conductivity caused by the gradient change is an important factor to affect the temperature field.2D-FGM rectangular plate structure in the three side,second 300 K temperature at the upper side of the boundary function under different heat flux,the steady-state temperature field showed different rules.In second the same heat flux boundary function coefficient under steady-state temperature field distribution showed a similar pattern of heat flux on the side of the steady temperature difference size of rectangularplates with the different position of the same.The position of larger heat flow density on the upper side of the high value of the steady state temperature.Therefore,in theengineering practice and optimization design,the reasonable control of the thermal conductivity and the heat flux can be used to control the steady state temperature in order to meet the needs of the engineering practice.
