| Hydraulic power support is one of the dedicated facilities in underground projects or tunnel projects,which is used for supporting top rock,and preventing the top rock from collapsing.Whit the developing of CAD,explore the design system of hydraulic support use optimal design and three-dimensional parameters design are important in engineering.In this study,the development tendency and design and application of the hydraulic power support were traversed.And then under research were proceeded:(1)Design the part of the hydraulic power support with classical design philosophy;(2)Parameters design the hydraulic support with four-bar linkage;(3)using VC + + language and Pro / E secondary development,finally complete "hydraulic support with four-bar linkage design and optimization of three-dimensional parametric design system".By then,the system prompts the user to enter basic parameters,design of hydraulic support reliable and accurate size hydraulic support the main performance parameters,and ultimately the reliability of the user support structure size hydraulic system provides three-dimensional design through module generates part models and overall assembly model."hydraulic support with four-bar linkage design and optimization of three-dimensional parametric design system",it has greatly reduced the difficulty of the design and improved design efficiency and minimized the repetitive design.Achieved the parameterization,serialization and intelligentize of this mechanical product design.The method of this product not only uses for the development of hydraulic support,but also it is also a good reference value for other mechanical product development. |
