In recent years. with the social and economic development, population increase, the acceleration of the process of urbanization and water resources of the disorderly development and inefficient use, water quality and quantity issues has become bottleneck factor of sustainable development in China. The specific performance of water or water quality can not meet the economic and social development of water demand, can not maintain a virtuous cycle of ecological environment and even make the deterioration of ecological environment. These crises are reflected in the seven basins of our country, especially in the small watershed areas where resources are short of water, the level of urbanization and the high degree of industrialization.Chongzhou is located in the Chengdu northwest, that is in Chengdu Plain, the main grain producing areas, and is adjacent to the modernization of Chengdu urban, agricultural, domestic and industrial water intensive and environmental protection requirements are high, the ground water in the area of implementation of comprehensive and scientific water quality monitoring and evaluation work is imperative under the situation. This paper systemically analyzed the water pollution question research present situation, to Chongzhou city surface water with representative Xihe, reservoirs, ponds, ditches as the research object, through field investigation and field water quality monitoring, water quality monitoring data from March 2014 to 2015 February complete anniversary. At the same time, using multivariate statistical methods, analysis, and probes into the application of organic pollution index method and comprehensive nutrition state index method and comprehensive water quality identification index method in comprehensive evaluation of water quality situation of surface water environment, and from the model evaluation index design and calculation of health assessment on water environment. Finally, the Countermeasures of surface water adaptability management in Chongzhou city. The main results of this paper are embodied in the following aspects:1. Chongzhou city surface water water quality parameters of quality status of application of multivariate statistical methods, distribution characteristics and pollution sources of the three aspects of the analysis found that the surface water in different water status difference is mainly reflected in the composition of pollution sources.Namely Xihe River in the upper reaches of the area and the reservoir is mainly affected by life point source pollution impact, Xihe River and the surrounding agricultural ditches, mainly by the industrial point source, life point sources and non-point source three mixed pollution, fish ponds is mainly affected by farming pollution, life pollution.2. Evaluation results showed that the organic pollution index ?0.807?3.769? and the eutrophication status index ?40.56?66.17? of the regional water table in the region have great environmental risks;Comprehensive water quality identification index reflect River ?4.173 type IV? ?3.779, class ?? reservoir two water quality is not optimistic, and ponds ?7.170, worse than grade V black odor? and ditches ?6.483, worse than grade V? two water serious pollution. The main pollution indexes of 4 kinds of water bodies are TN, ?NH4?+-N and CODcr.3. Chongzhou city surface water environmental health index distribution within the scope of 27.02?67.47, corresponding water environment health level mainly concentrated between the "disease" and "health", the river water as a whole in "healthy" level, reservoir in the level of sub-health, fish ponds, ditches in "disease" level, and water quality is the dominant factors that affect the water environment health.
