With the environmental emissions' standards of our country continue to improve as well as the supervision intensity of SO_x and NO_x emission by the environmental department at all levels keep increasing,it's imperative to discharge an overall technology reformation about catalytic cracking unit's flue gas through the oil refining industry to meet the environmental standard.Combined with the characteristics of SO_x and NO_x emissions in the catalytic cracking flue gas,this paper which researches on two different FGDD technologies that are applied on two sets of catalytic cracking units in Jingmen company,Sinopec,introduces the present situation of the FGDD technology.By analyzing and comparing the factors of the FGDD technology mainly used now,such as processing characteristics,the technical status,the application situation and the existing problems,we draws the following conclusions:(1)Adopt completely localization of SCR denitration technology bi-circulating turbulent rushed dust removal and desulfurization technology of jingmen branch 1.2 million t/a after technical innovation of the regeneration gas catalytic cracking unit,the SO_x and NO_x in flue gas and dust emissions can meet the oil refining industry air pollutants emissionstandards,and able to long-term stability.(2)After desulfurization denitration starts from catalytic cracking unit energy consumption rose 2.26 kg standard oil/t material,at the same time the desulfurization denitration device of the operating cost is about ?11.6million/a,increase in catalytic cracking unit operation cost is ?9.7 of raw material.(3)Wastewater treatment unit of COD volatile,and oxidation tank pH control and the control of the salt content have relations,on the premise of the oxidation tank air injection smoothly,to control the oxidation tank pH7-8.5,salt content control in the case of 50000 mg/L,the discharge of sewage COD control is better,otherwise it will affect the discharge of wastewater discharging standard.(4)The lye wet desulpHurization technology can obtain high SO2 removal rate,but the outside drainage water ammonia nitrogen content and the content of sulpHate is a high concentration of pollutants,in the control of atmospHeric pollution at the same time caused the water pollution,need in the future work to further research the method of how to reduce water pollution.(5)Ensure catalysis in the raw material content in certain cases,the sulfur transfer agent can effectively reduce the SO_x emissions,and be wet desulpHurization cost reduced by 50%.But also found in the process of trialRSF-09 sulfur transfer agent of high system capacity,affect product release and fluid and regenerator frequent problems existing in the tail flame,etc.
