| Dashanshu phosphate mine preliminary design development and transportation system uses the adit exploration way to develop.At the preliminary stage of the construction,it is found that there are many incompatibilities between the preliminary design and the actual construction of the mine,having restricted the mine construction.This design intends to make the mining construction safe and reliable,reduce the construction difficulties,enhance the mining efficiency,and save the engineering costs by optimizing the preliminary design,meeting the mine construction requirements.As for the issues occurring in the mine construction,this design analyzes systematically the shortcomings and disadvantages within the preliminary design,and presents a thinking way for optimization through comparison and selection based on the actual requirements of the mine construction.The design optimization has mainly accomplished the work as follows:(1)Having refined the preliminary designed mining area and re-distributed the mining tasks undertaken by each adit,giving full play to the transportation ability of each adit land enhancing the mining efficiency;(2)Having discarded the original 1306 main adit development plan and redesigned 1420 main adit pioneering program to reduce the difficulty of mining,improve transport efficiency and provide convenient conditions for the smooth transition mining;(3)Having abandoned the inner pulse ramps exploration way to use the floor ramps exploration way to ensure mining safety,reduce the amount of the support project,while releasing the amount of resources occupied by the security pillar;(4)Having redesigned the section of the roadway and changed the roadway with large sections into the one with small sections according to the actual needs,so as tomake them match the actual demand of the mine construction,save the costs,and improve the mining efficiency;(5)Having made corresponding optimization designs on the ventilation system based on the optimization changes of the system to ensure the good ventilation effect during each mining period.The fact has proven that this optimization scheme is safe and reliable,has lowered the construction difficulties,reduced costs,enhanced the mining efficiency,facilitated the mine construction progress and realized a good benefit. |
