The crude oil storage and transportation system in the oil field is the key link to connect the oil mining and downstream petroleum refining,and it is the primary task to meet the needs of crude oil exploration,storage,measurement and external transportation.However,with the deepening of oilfield exploitation,the decline of crude oil production will lead a decrease in the adaptability of crude oil storage and transportation system to oilfield production,the safety and economy of the dispatch and storage of crude oil will decrease significantly.Therefore,we must accurately grasp the operation status of the crude oil storage and transportation system,especially clarify the adaptability level of the crude oil storage and transportation system to the oilfield production,and further reveal the weak links that restrict the adaptability level of the storage and transportation system.The optimization and adjustment measures for crude oil storage and transportation system are put forward,which is great significance for improving the adaptability of crude oil storage and transportation system and improving the economy and safety of the production and operation process of crude oil storage and transportation system in the middle and later stage of oilfield development.Therefore,the following research work has been carried out.First,the concept of the adaptability of the crude oil storage and transportation system in the oil field is put forward.The object and the evaluation content of the adaptability evaluation of the crude oil storage and transportation system are clarified,and the system structure and the specific evaluation model of the adaptability evaluation of the crude oil storage and transportation system are constructed.In order to evaluate the adaptability of crude oil storage and transportation system,crude oil storage and transportation system of the adaptability evaluation index system and index weight determining method based on analytic hierarchy process is established,and according to the characteristics of the crude oil storage and transportation system adaptability evaluation model,the adaptability evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is presented.Secondly,in order to realize the adaptive evaluation of crude oil storage and transportation system in the oil field,the flow safety index of oil pipeline and its membership determination method are established.Based on the average energy utilization efficiency and comprehensive energy consumption of unit oil transfer turnover,the economic index of pipeline transportation and the determining method of membership degree is established,and a complete index for evaluating the adaptability of the pipeline to the crude oil storage and transportation system and the method for determining the membership degree of the comment set is formed.According to different technological process and work tasks,the crude oil storage is divided into the oil storage subsystem and the external oil transfer subsystem.Based on the principle of energy conservation and "three cases analysis",the process of using energy of two subsystems is analyzed systematically,and the computational models of single consumption and energy utilization to the transmission subsystem and storage subsystem are established.In addition,as the core index of the adaptability evaluation of the crude oil depot system,the method of determining the adaptability of the crude oil storage system and its membership is formed.Finally,with the help of analytic hierarchy process,the influence of daqing oilfield crude oil storage and transportation system suitability of the weight of each subsystem is made clear,its relative importance is: the adaptability of the crude oil storage system > the adaptability of the external pipeline system > the coordination of the production scheduling of the crude oil storage and transportation system > the adaptability of the auxiliary production system,and the impact weight on the overall adaptability level of the crude oil storage and transportation system is further revealed.Applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the overall adaptability level of crude oil storage and transportation system in Daqing oilfield is "general".And the degree of membership in the "poor" state has reached 0.166.It is necessary to take some measures to improve the level of its adaptability.In order to improve the adaptability level of oil storage and transportation system in the oil field,the optimization mathematical model and solving algorithm for the storage subsystem and transmission subsystem of the crude oil storage is established with the lowest total energy cost as the goal,the main technical parameters and equipment running status as constraint conditions.Taking the coordination scheme of multi station storage in storage and transportation system as an optimization object,the multi station cooperative scheduling optimization mathematical model for crude oil storage and transportation system is established to improve its cooperative scheduling level.According to the structural characteristics of the model,the mixed optimization method is proposed,which takes the stratified optimization method as the main body and the nonlinear optimization algorithms such as genetic algorithm and penalty function.Furthermore,according to the optimization results,the adaptability of the system can be improved by improving the economy of the system.
